Gathering

Our Special Events are designed to bring people together in meaningful ways. From shared meals and seeds to collective experiences, these gatherings create space for connection, inspiration, and the kind of conversations that deepen our agricultural community.

Film Screening

Open to the Public
Thursday January 15th, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
SUU Auditorium Theater

In alignment with this year’s theme, we will present three short films — both spotlighting different farming initiatives. These films show different contexts, but share a commitment to sustainable agriculture and community building. They inspire and inform about the potential of regenerative agriculture, healthy food, and cultural revitalization to heal and nurture communities from the ground up!

Reach an influential, diverse and niche group of farmers, ranchers, owners, retailers, activists, educators, homesteaders, and supporters.

The vendor lobby boasts the Center's Bookstore with wisely chosen items and books featuring many top authors who have presented and taught at previous Utah Farm & Food conferences. A local coffee house, Lizzie and Lola's, will be in the vendor lobby to meet all your beverage needs.

Seed & Scion Exchange

Friday 1:10 PM - 2:10 PM

Al Grossi AKA The Punk Rock Farmer will be stewarding the seed exchange.

With a blessing on the seeds by

Brooke Levan

We continue our tradition of sharing seeds and the stories they hold. Bring your seeds their story, where it is from, where it likes to grow, and when it is best to sow. Share why you love this seed and the fruit or vegetable it produces. Learn about and try new varieties.

Only bring non-hybrid seeds grown without the use of synthetic inputs at any time during the growing process.

New this year - bring scions (tree cuttings) to share!
